Technical parameter and function 

1 Installation type: Panel mounting and embedding type.

2 Counting part

2.1 The output modes are optional (two ways of setting controls which are separated each other).

A group controller (Corresponding to indicator lights of panel control, there is data output when the light is on) 

(1) When the counting is at setting value, the contact output will be controlled, while the length measurer continues to work.

(2) When the counting is at setting value, the contact output will be controlled, and the length measurer stops working.

     (3) When the counting is at setting value, continues to count, and the control contact output the data and releases automatically after monostable time delay, at the same time, the length measurer will be reset automatically.

    (4) When the counting is at setting value, the counter is reset and continue to count, the control contract outputs data and releases after monostable time delay.

     B group alarm controller (Corresponding to indicator lights of panel control, there is data output when the light is on):

        (1) When the counting is at the setting value, the system alarms and the control contract outputs.

     (2)When the counting is at the setting value, the system alarms, the control contract outputs and releases after monostable time delay.

    2.2 Output contract capacity: 3A/250VAC (Resistance loading)

    2.3 Step size for counting  0.0001-1.0000m; . The resolution can be up to 0.1mm.The step size is just the length of one counting pulse.

    2.4 The powerdown saving or without saving can be optional, and the holding time for data shall be more than tem years.

2.5 Optional counting frequency: High speed ≤l000 times /s 

                             Low speed is 30 times/s (signal duty ration:1:1)

2.6 Input signal and applicable counting frequency 

 (1) Contract signal-Relay,travel switch,sensitive switch and so on. The low speed is available (30 times/s)

 (2)No contract signal- approach switch,photoelectric switch and so on, the high speed(1000times/s) or low speed (30 times/s) shall be selected as required.

 (3)Pulsing signal- TTL circuit and alike. Pulsing voltage: Low level: VL=0~1.0V

                                                  High level--VH=5~3.0V

The high speed (1000times/s) or low speed (30 times/s) shall be selected as required.

    2.7 Signal input impedance- 2.4K  

2.8 Reset method:

 (1) Use the reset key on panel for clear; 

(2) Terminal reset (Short connection for RST and COM end)

 (3) Monostable time delay - 0.1~99.9s are optional. 

3. Linear velocity

3.1 The input signal is taken from counting information without control function.

3.2 4-digit LED display for linear velocity.

3.3 The unit m/min or m/s can be choosed by the key.
